Caboose Brewing Co. in Vienna is undergoing construction to refresh the look and feel of our tap room and patio. While we will continue to showcase our award winning brews, both bars will also feature a full service cocktail bar with delicious curated and classic libations. That’s right, a full service cocktail bar!
Our kitchen is taking on a new look too. A new pass through kitchen window will allow you to watch the kitchen in action while you enjoy Executive Chef David Rabin’s revamped menu. You can expect the same farm-to-table ingredients as well as a few new menu options in the friendly, hospitable atmosphere our guests have come to love.
Tap Room Only, Re-Opening January 18th
We will be fully closed from Monday, January 14th-Thursday, January 17th. On Friday, January 18th, we will re-open as just a tap room. What do we mean by Tap Room only? It means we are only serving our Caboose craft beers. So if you need your weekly fix of your favorite Caboose brew, we won’t let you down! Our tap room will re-open for normal hours, beginning 4pm Friday, January 18th. Our full service bar and kitchen will take a bit longer. But not to worry, we will be back to normal beginning Friday, January 25th.

New Happenings at Caboose Brewing Company
We know what you’re thinking. “What do these changes mean for me, a loyal Caboose fan?” More efficient operations for our employees means a better experience for our guests. Food comes out faster, and all at once! More beverage options to let you get your drink on! Plus other fun things, like no more flooding on our patio.
Also, more weekly events! We will have the same weekly happenings you look forward to, plus some great new ones:
Mondays– Trails and Ales running club, extended happy hour 4-9pm, and $10 Burger Night.
Tuesdays– Taco Tuesdays, happy hour 4-6pm, and $2 off any growler fill.
Wednesdays– 10:00 am morning yoga, Wing Wednesdays, Dads Run This Town, and happy hour 4-6pm.
Thursdays– Thirsty Thursday extended happy hour from 4-9pm.
Fridays– Open for lunch at 12pm and happy hour 4-6pm.
Saturdays & Sundays– Brunch 11am-3pm.
Guests can also expect Firkin Fridays to make a return in the near future, awesome menu specials when Executive Chef David Rabin is experimenting in the kitchen, Beer Dinners, and of course Holiday specials.

We know that’s a lot of information, but the bottom line is Caboose Brewing Company is undergoing some great changes! We will be closed for renovations starting on the 14th, tap room will be re-opening shortly on the 18th at 12pm, followed quickly by full kitchen service and bar service the following week. Please check back in with our social media and website for updates. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience, but we promise it will be worth the wait. We will be back open in no time!
