Dubbed by Napoleon as the “Champagne of the North,” Berliner Weisse is a traditional sour wheat beer from Northern Germany. Dating back to the 16th century, Berliner Weisse has enjoyed a well deserved resurgence in popularity and is sometimes served with fruit syrups. 

The Zoo Berliner Weisse

The Zoo is named after the main train station in Berlin. Tart and refreshing, The Zoo is light in alcohol and perfect for a post bike ride celebration. Try it with our nachos at Caboose Commons or our Nordic Knot pretzels if you are visiting Caboose Tavern. 

3.4% ABV / 10 IBU – Lightly tart Berliner Weisse. Lemony and refreshing. Live Co-Fermentation with Lactobacillus Bacteria.
