Our Hobo Stout has been imbued with Madagascar Vanilla beans to create a silky smooth and rich vanilla flavor that balances perfectly with the dark chocolate and roasted quality that is a staple in stouts. This delicious brew has been a Caboose staple since our debut in 2015 and is the beer that spearheaded our barrel-aging program. This year marks the 4th release of our Hobo Imperial Stout aged in Double Gold 2017 Kentucky Bourbon Barrels. Smooth vanilla, caramel cream, and molasses dominate the flavors of this year’s blend.
