Kilt Lettuce Salad - butterhead, roasted carrots, granny smith apples, goot essa’s cheddar, bacon fat sorghum vin, slow poached egg

Second (choice of)
Braised Chicken Thigh - mustard lager sauce, fava bean puree

Pan-Roasted NY Strip - spring garlic oil, mountain green beans, and young potatoes

Third
Banana Puddin’ - vanilla puddin’, bourbon glazed bananas, housemade nilla wafers
