Join us April 7th at 7pm for our beer dinner at Caboose Tavern! Featuring a farm to table 5-course tasting menu. Sit with your friends and family.
$100 per person (including alcohol).

Seared elk Denver leg, on a bed of spring succotash with fresh corn, heirloom carrots, preacher ham, spring onions, and fava beans

Paired with The Zoo Berliner Weisse
Braised wild boar shoulder from Texas, roasted PA tomatillos, dried pasilla, jalapeños, Anson Mills antebellum grits, and farm fresh heirloom peppers

Cast iron roasted capon breast, confit of leeks, fennel, young bunching onions, freshly shucked English peas, black-eyed peas

Dry aged ribeye basted with a house-made compound butter of lemon, parsley and fresh shallots served with wild foraged chanterelles, new potatoes, young spring onion shoots

In beer dinners of the past, we gathered as a community around a communal. To ensure everyone's safety, tables will be separated as they would be for regular service to allow for social distancing.
