Caboose Brewing Company in Vienna recently announced their welcoming of new head brewer Justin Weems, from San Antonio, Tx. Weems approaches brewing as striking a happy balance between art and science. Plus, he just flat-out enjoys everything about good beer. Weems is passionate, hard-working, dedicated, and knowledgeable in the field of craft brewing. He first fell in love with beer when he entered the bar industry around seven years ago.
